Is spring coming??

Biker boys!  Conner got a bike for Christmas and the boys found a rare mild weather day to try a ride around town.  Don't be fooled by the shorts--Carson wears them regardless of the temp...

The last year for this crew!  The core of Carson't team has been together since 3rd grade.  We brought on a lot of new players this year, so Daddy helped with the coaching.  Such a great group, it is sad to see the team finishing their time together.

The world record for pillow spinning is just over 15 minutes.  Conner is shown above working on his form so that we can break the world record at Harvey's Lake this summer.  More on that, hopefully!!

Carson has a couple friends who are exchange students from Korea.  Ryan joined us for a KU game in the Fieldhouse this season.  Best sporting venue in the universe!

Just like last year for Conner, February had the St John's 8th graders heading to Washington D.C.  They jumped on a train in Lawrence for the two day excursion.  Carson took some good pics that we'll hope to share in the next entry.

The winners of the St John's Science Fair!  If you look closely, you can see that Carson and Gus were able to make a pencil levitate with carefully placed magnets.

Well, February left us wondering if we would ever get warm weather.  The boys braved the cold on occasion to venture outdoors.  Here they are leading Daddy through the Michael Beers property which has lots to explore and some nice fish ponds for Conner.
