Summer in full swing

Hello there!  Professor Marsh here.  I took the family to our local library's summer fling and got all mustached up for you.  Summer at the Marsh house is filled with camps and activities--partly so we get to experience all Lawrence has to offer and partly so the parents aren't driven crazy...

One bear cub and one wolf cub.  The boys are digging scouts and are one or two years away from becoming Webelos!  They are pictured above in full garb and flashing the official scout gang sign.

Legos, legos, legos.  Can't get enough.  Our friends the Fredericks sponsored a private lego camp for the boys and we all had a blast!  Josh F. has an exceptional lego collection and allowed the boys to take home some of their creations.

Where were some of these camps when we were young?!  Carson is showing off his outfit and his side kick at the conclusion of Super Heroes Camp.  He created a hero named Bam with a trusty sidekick Boom.

The boys' trail riding skills keep growing.  They've learned that if you lay off the brakes going down hill, going back up is so much easier!  Is that a metaphor for life in general maybe?

This little dude is quickly becoming the champion foosballer of the family.  That's saying something since Daddy had a table in his college apartment.  Thanks to Uncle Ted for our new table!!

Oh yeah, trampoline, tumbling and gymnastics camp!  Conner is sporting his two medals, and Carson is sporting sore legs from his overzealous back bends and splits (pictured below).

The week that Carson did gymnastics camp was a good one for the whole family.  He came home thoroughly exhausted with little energy left to scuffle with his brother and his parents...  We continue to search for activities for him to more positively channel his boundless energy.

Secret agent camp was a real hit for Conner.  Here are the boys dressed as secret agents or men in black or something.  The summer is flying by!  Hopefully we'll have great pics of our trip to the Lake and Conner's fossil camp next month.  We hope you're having a super hero kind of summer too.  Bam Boom!
