Winter whisked away with a wolfy waterpark

Hi everyone! Just barely got in a February entry! Things have been chugging right along in the Marsh household. Check out Conner, the toothless wonder! Yes, the big boy tooth is already coming in and the other front tooth will probably come out this week.

Carson really digs Valentines Day. His new favorite phrase is "I am falling in love of you!" Usually that phrase is directed towards Mummy. We lost sweet Mujibur, the cat that Mummy got before the boys or even Daddy were in the picture. Carson, upon hearing that Muji died, said he was going to buy Mummy an otter to make her feel better.

We feel further and further away from the world of international adoption, but are still amazed at the enormous changes that world is experiencing. Check out the extreme drops in numbers yet again, and then go to the website we've referenced to see that Ethiopia has shot up to the number two spot on the ever-changing list. We marvel at our lucky timing.

The big news of the month was the Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City, KS. What a party! This was our consolation prize for not making a Florida trip this winter. Below are a couple pics of the cool room we stayed in.

Mummy and Daddy's bedroom...

And the boys' room. Carson is king of the bed making. Does it every morning. No different at the Lodge. We played so hard at the waterpark, that the minute their heads hit those pillows, they were out. Same with the following night!

Can you guess who that is? It was quite a leap of faith for the boys to do the water slides themselves. They loved it. Daddy has never had a two-day workout like this. Can't count the number of steps we climbed nor the number of times we slid down from on high. All three CNMs are still recovering.

If you look really hard, you'll see Conner and Daddy getting doused by the Lodge's signature water bucket. Every 10 mintues or so, a bucket the size of our dining room dumped thousands of gallons on the guests. Mummy took this picture as she sat in the 84 degree watching area.

We look forward with great anticipation to the spring. Bring on the warm weather, the flowers, the basketball... :-)x
