Two ten year olds!

Hey everybody!  Check out the cool 10 year olds on their way to "80s Day" at school!  They are rockin the Duran Duran pins, skinny ties, backpacks on one shoulder, Nike Legends and even a pinch roll!  Mummy and Daddy really got in to it...

Carson got a new bike for his b-day.  He rode it downtown for a grand entrance to his party.  Notice the size similarity between his bike and Daddy's. And it's not because Daddy's bike is small!

Here are Conner, Carson and four b-day buddies picking out ceramics to decorate for the b-day party.  This was a big hit with the boys, most of whom chose race cars. (not tea cups)

Ask Carson what his fav restaurant is, and there is no contest.  El Mezcal!  (When Grandma first heard him say the name, she thought he said Elmo's Cow) He got a super sombrero and fried ice cream after a very big b-day meal.

This looks like a lovely moment in a field, reading a book with Mummy.  Conner barely made it into the shot on the lower right.  But if you look closely towards the top you see the Chrysler parked on the shoulder of K10.  Scary moment for the Marsh fam: we hit a deer on our way to a cross country meet.  Everyone was ok, but we went far from the highway to wait for the tow truck!

Fall weather means tailgating with our wonderful friends Ann and Randy.  Here is Conner and a friend he found while tailgating.  You'll have to click on the picture to really see "Sticky."

This is a cool statue on KU's campus.  Daddy and his friends used to climb it and do "statue talks."  He took Carson there after his b-day for some fun climbing and chatting.

It has been a beautiful fall this year, with lots of outdoor activities.  Conner becomes a tween in a couple weeks (yikes) and we've got some cool Halloween costumes that we'll surely highlight in the next entry.  So stay tuned!
