Harvey's Lake 2013

How's your summer going?!  Flying by, right?  We just returned from the lake house in PA.  Lots of fishing this year, as evidenced by the picture above.  A little more cloudy and wet than years past too, but that didn't dampen the extended family's spirits.

New this year at the lake:  four puppies and two new significant others on the NY Marsh side.  The house keeps getting smaller...but we sure had fun with the people and the puppies!

There was plenty of tubing with the motor boat, but a couple times the kiddos offered to take each other tubing with the row boat.  Less exciting perhaps, but very good exercise...

Carson is being a real trooper with his braces, but he has a hard time not messing with them.  Good thing Cousin Spencer was on hand to provide his professional services!!  He came fully equiped to put some new wires in that Carson had worked free.

While the lakefront is the primary fun zone, this is a pic of the back yard.  Lots of fun exploring the mountain (ok, really big hill) and even playing a little tennis in the wilderness tennis court.

Cousin Tina played the role of princess in this castle the boys built for her.  If you click on the picture you'll see they are threatening the photographer with spears if he dare approach the castle.

Lots of fishing, swimming, chillin on tubes, and playing with cousins.  Conner caught some fish we'd never seen in the lake before, and Carson donned his goggles and explored the depths like a diving champ.  It was another fabulous summer getaway for the CNMs.
