Commencement month

Here is our graduate!  Mummy designed a pretty cool page that appears in the 2022 high school yearbook.  A celebration of the young man Conner has become.

Now we officially turn our attentions towards his college career.  Lots of paperwork, lots of decisions, lots of wishes that maybe he wasn't preparing to leave the nest...

Both boys had successful ends to their school years.  Here is Carson with some honor society buddies fulfilling their community service requirements.  

He also had a quick cameo in the yearbook with a quote about the cross country team and a pic of him during one of his races.  

Fishing!!!  Note that this is a fish caught on a fly rod.  He is still a fan of the traditional lure fishing, but is expanding to fly fishing in local lakes and streams.

Celebrating Blake's birthday with a trip to the zipline park just outside of Kansas City.  Same place we went to back in August of 2016.  

 The tough part of this month was getting the news that Conner tested positive for Covid just days before Graduation.  It was heartbreaking that he missed the events of that weekend.  We will do everything we can to make his rescheduled graduation party an event that makes up for the things he missed.  Hoping to share some great pics of that party in the June entry!
