Big stories this holiday season

Happy Holidays, everyone!  Big story #1: the extended Marsh crew gathered for Christmas dinner, but only three days after Grandma slipped on the ice and broke her pelvis in three places!  There she is, 2nd from the left.  Doesn't look too bad, right?!  Tough lady...

Big story #2: Mom got herself a very cool new gig.  She is now the Director of the Phoenix Gallery.  It is a store on Mass St that is almost as classy as she is.  Her first day was Black Friday, and it has been a very busy month for her!

Big story #3: Conner is home from college!  You'll have to look closely, but that is him prepping the Christmas decorations for the new front railings.  Smink is helping, sort of.  It has been great to have him home this month, heading back to school mid January.

Carson and Ellie got all dressed up to go to Winter Formal.  We got to meet her parents that evening because they hosted a picture-taking event.  Dad felt like he deserved points because he left the KU-MU game to be there.  But then we got to watch the rest of the game at Ellie's house!

We still got to do the traditional stockings and presents Christmas morning.  The boys got some cool stuff and even did well getting gifts for each other and for their parents.

Yup.  This one was a big hit with Dad.  Went straight to the Man Cave where it will hold a place of distinction for years to come.

 Speaking of the Jayhawks, here is a screen grab of the KU game that was broadcast on ESPN.  If you look closely, you'll see Carson and his friend Gracie at the bottom left.  Those were some nice seats!
