2009 already?

Happy New Year, everyone! Pretty chilly in the Heartland, so we've been bundled up and shoveling snow like superstars. No new videos to share with you, but rest assured the boys are still taking care of all the neighbors' snow removal needs.



The newest thing in our lives is the school schedule. Carson is in the same class as last year, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. But Conner has graduated to pre-K, and going Monday Wednesday Friday mornings. So, for the first time since we picked them up from their orphanages, the boys are spending a fair amount of time apart! Good practice for this fall, when Conner goes to all-day kindergarten.



Monster trucks!! We love 'em. This is all three boys at cousin Casey's birthday party in Kansas City. Our first experience with Chucky Cheese! It was a good one, because as you see by the pictures, we had the place almost to ourselves.

Conner in his race car--symbolizing how quickly the new year has started and is already flying down the race track at full speed. Both boys are growing like weeds and are learning cool new things every day at school, from their beloved Miss Kathy and Miss Donna.
