Happy Anniversary!

Today is a big day for the Marsh fam. Mummy and Daddy had their very first date on December 2, 1998. The date was at America's Pub in Westport, where a mutual friend was playing in a metal band! Mummy asks that we not mention it was (t...e...n...) years ago. Carson and Conner plan on taking their parents out to dinner tonight.

We had a nice Thanksgiving at the Mema and Grandpa's house. The boys didn't have a very good naptime after the meal, so they didn't get pumpkin pie (such strict parents!!). We were so proud that they took their punishment like little men and played quietly in the living room while the adults had dessert. Only later, when they began asking excessively to go to the potty, did we discover TWELVE empty wrappers in the bowl of Hershey's Kisses where they were playing!

Yeah, you are surely going to get tired of seeing pics of the guys in Jayhawk garb. Sorry, can't help it. They got tattoos (temporary...) and balloon hats in anticipation of the big, big, big football game last weekend. Apologies to any MU fans, but holy cow that was an awesome game. Go Jayhawks!!

The boys are really excited for Christmas. More so than last year. We took them to Lawrence's version of the Plaza lighting where they saw Santa get rescued from the roof of a department store. We still can't get them to pinpoint what they want for Christmas, but we should probably enjoy that now and prepare for the years that they come at us with a two-page list. Happy Holidays to all our friends and family!!

Happy anniversary! It always melts my cold, cold heart when you talk about your anniversaries. You remember your first date, your first kiss, your first car ride together, your first grocery store trip together...

I'm actually happy to hear about the boy's devious activities. They're such good little kiddos, I sometimes wonder if they're programmed. This helps me realize they may be human after all.

I miss them! If you guys need to go out sometime soon to celebrate your first bowling game together or something, let me know! I'd be happy to watch the little KU fans.
