Birthdays and First days

Happy seventh b-day to Carson! Two seven year olds in the house for the next month and a half. Above, Carson does his best impression of Conner in 2007.

And here is his brother listening intently as Carson reads a birthday card. Does it look to you like these guys are growing up too fast?!



Fall is upon us and that means time for the first days of school. We had two returning students this year! Old timers...veterans...We are really stoked that Carson got the same 1st grade teacher that Conner had last year and Conner has a super 2nd grade teacher.

The house is coming along! As we write this entry, the shingles are being finished outside and the dry wall is being finished inside. So the next entry will have some better pics. This is a shot of the lovely Vannah showing off the dining room--kitchen--family room area.



Had to throw in some more Carson b-day pics. He took Mummy, Daddy and Conner to his favorite restaurant, El Mezcal. The birthday sombrero is so cool, we chose to close the entry with some shots of it. Enjoy the early fall, and watch for some Conner b-day pics and maybe even an announcement the house is done!!
